Trial Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Location: Charlotte, NC
Relocation Available

A well-established plaintiff-side firm is seeking a Trial Attorney to join its personal injury litigation team. This role offers meaningful casework, strong support resources, and the chance to step into an active docket with real trial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation-focused personal injury caseload

• Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial, arbitration, and mediation

• Handle depositions, hearings, motions, and courtroom appearances

• Lead discovery, work with medical experts, and build strong evidentiary records

• Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately throughout the case lifecycle

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression

Qualifications

• JD and active bar license (NC or eligibility to waive in)

• Prior litigation experience required; PI experience preferred

• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused practice environment
