Complex Injury Attorney

Location: Charlotte, NC

A high-volume plaintiff practice is seeking a Complex Injury Attorney to oversee catastrophic injury and escalated cases. This role combines legal strategy, client leadership, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex and catastrophic injury cases

• Guide case managers and paralegals handling serious matters

• Step in on escalated issues such as client disputes, denials, or withdrawals

• Provide legal input on treatment strategy and specialist referrals

• Communicate with clients proactively and with empathy

Qualifications

• JD and active bar license (NC or eligibility to waive in)

• Strong experience in personal injury or litigation

• Ability to manage high-severity cases and mentor team members

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
