A respected plaintiff-side firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and deliver exceptional client service. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation and early-litigation personal injury files

• Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and guide clients through medical treatment

• Negotiate settlements and prepare demand packages

• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and medical providers

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients

Qualifications

• JD and active bar license (NC or eligibility to waive in)

• Personal injury experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Client-centered approach and ability to build trust quickly
