Associate Trial Attorney

Location: Charlotte, NC
Relocation Available

A growing litigation team is seeking an Associate Trial Attorney to support complex personal injury cases and develop trial skills. This is an excellent fit for an attorney eager to gain courtroom experience while being mentored by seasoned litigators.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior attorneys on high-value and contested PI matters

  • Draft motions, research legal issues, and assist with trial prep

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and client meetings

  • Manage discovery and coordinate with experts and investigators

  • Assist with settlement negotiations and case strategy

Qualifications

  • JD and active bar license (NC or eligibility to waive in)

  • 0–3 years of litigation or PI experience preferred

  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills

  • Desire to grow into a lead trial attorney role
