- Experience in provider side representation and ongoing active interest in managed care litigation.
- Ability to analyze intricate legal issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years, ideally gained at a large or specialized firm.
