Key Requirements:

• Strong background in managed care litigation, experience litigating reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors.
• Experience in provider side representation and ongoing active interest in managed care litigation.
• Ability to analyze intricate legal issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years, ideally gained at a large or specialized firm.
